Casa Broner was declared a good of cultural interest (BIC) because it combines to perfection the architectural tradition of Ibiza with the most significant German design style of the twentieth century: the Bauhaus.Its straight, pure lines and solid shapes mix with the white walls and the Sabina ceiling beams, creating an avant-garde atmosphere, which was completely innovative in those times.

Broner, who was Jewish, fled from Nazi Germany to Ibiza in 1934 and designed numerous houses around the island. Several of Broner's drawings are exhibited.
