First the good stuff: flights out and back in premium Economy were excellent, replicates business class for 1/4 of the price: good food, good service, good seats etc. Now the bad: The Royalton was a complete let down. NOT a 5 STAR. Tired rooms, unless you pay £440 per couple for an upgrade into the "Hideaway".

We absolutely love the Royalton brand. This was our first time of experiencing Diamond Club at St Lucia Tui Coach Transfer - Journey time is 90 mins direct to the hotel.
