Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees. Take the pizza dough out of the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature for 15 minutes. Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle shape on a floured board, then place it into a sheet pan that's been sprayed with cooking spray.

Service. Set oven to 400°F. Spread each pizza with 1/4 cup tomato, leaving a 1/2" border along edges. In a bowl combine sliced beef and jus. Top each pizza with 1 1/4 cups shredded mozzarella, 1 cup of jus covered beef and 1/3 cup of hot pepper topping. Using a brush, dip in remaining jus and brush along the edges of pizza.

In a skillet, melt butter and cook onion until slightly translucent. Add garlic and basil, then giardiniera. Cook slowly until the giardiniera softens. Add mushrooms, oregano, stock and beef. Cooking on medium heat slowly, mix until the flavors meld. Allow to cool slightly. Toss dough. Add beef mixture and top with provolone.
