Sambal chili sauce is usually made using a mix of chili peppers and vinegar. Some of the more authentic brands also add garlic, and shallots, creating that vibrant and spicy sauce which adds a kick to your dishes!. This chili aioli is perfect as a dip for your French fries, sweet potato fries, veggie chips, you name it!

Put 1 egg yolk, a tablespoon of lemon juice and a teaspoon of dijon mustard in the bottom of a mason jar. Cover these ingredients with a cup of vegetable oil, canola oil or light olive oil. Put an immersion blender all the way down to the bottom of the jar and start to blend it together slowly.
