Directions: To make the tart dough, in a small bowl, whisk together the egg yolk, water and vanilla; set aside. In a food processor, combine the flour, sugar and salt and pulse to blend, about 5 pulses. Add the butter and pulse until the mixture resembles coarse meal, 10 to 12 pulses. Add the egg mixture and pulse until the dough forms a ball.
