Blogilates works because you're exercising 6 days a week. Don't follow the meal plans - I feel they're a bit too restrictive. I've (loosely) been doing the PIIT28 plan for about 3 weeks and I've definitely lost weight - not a lot but the non scale victories have been high (looser clothes, mainly). Try the beginners programme, it worked for me.
