In a large bowl, combine the warm water and yeast. Stir to combine and let sit for 5 minutes until the yeast starts to foam. Add the bread flour, salt and olive oil and stir to form a rough dough. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead and 5-7 minutes until the dough is smooth and elastic.
