I love spring & I love peeps! So I put them together in this adorable jello dessert, complete with gummy "underwater life".*Jello Topping Recipe:8 oz. cream.

Instructions. Empty 2 boxes of blue jello mix into a mixing bowl. Heat 2+ cups of water in a tea pot or on a stove until boiling. Once it boils, measure out 2 cups and carefully pour it into the bowl with the jello mix. Use a spatula to dissolve the powder, stirring for 1-2 minutes.

Slowly pour in the gelatin as you stir and keep stirring until the gelatin has dissolved. Pour the liquid into a bowl and add the cream.

Prepare an 8-9″ loaf pan by lining with foil and spraying lightly with cooking spray. Divide the Peeps by 10s of the same color - 10 pink, 10 yellow, etc. (use any colors you like). In a deep, medium sized microwaveable dish, microwave 10 of the same color peeps with 1 tablespoon of butter on high for 45 seconds.

Pour in one can of sweetened condensed milk and thoroughly combine (you will have about 2 cups liquid at this point). Add 1.5 cups marshmallow vodka and 1/2 cup of cold water. (To make stronger shots, you can use up to 2 cups of vodka and omit the additional water). To make non-alcoholic PEEPS®, substitute (more) cold water for the vodka.

Heat 3 3/4 cups of water until boiling. Pour 3/4 cup of boiling water into each bowl and stir until the Jello is completely dissolved. Stir in 1/4 cup cold water into each bowl and stir. Then stir in ½ cup sweetened condensed milk into each bowl. Place the bowls in the refrigerator and allow to chill for 10 minutes.
