Bake crust for 15 minutes. While crust is baking zest and juice the lemon into the mixing bowl (you want the amount of lemon juice to be about 2 tablespoons). Add the remaining ingredients, eggs, sugar, flour, and baking powder to the mixing bowl. Beat together. Once crust is done baking remove from oven.
