Ive read around that her Attack Steal passive is pretty strong so I tried to make some quick maths. Hope that the table above is self explanatory.

Norma first since you are early in the game and she will be much more help Then Aleria. Not early but not mid game either. 6* Ormus is definitely better than 6* Norma. Focus on getting the second Ormus Of course if you want a better healer Vesa is your perfect hero. Until then stick with Ormus. And getting Aleria for marauder is a must ;)
