I used my favorite cinnamon roll recipe by @Ambitious Kitchen and doubled it. This has 4 layers of cinnamon roll and serves 16. No need to double the cream cheese frosting though, you want to lightly frost so those beautiful cinnamon sugar layers show.

Spread 1-2 tablespoons softened butter on top in an even layer, leaving 1/4 inch around the edge of the circle. In a small bowl, stir together cinnamon and sugar. Let's break it down…. Step 1: Make the dough and let it rise for a solid hour and a half until it is about double in size.
