Talenti's Sicilian Pistachio is richer and creamer than some of my other favorite flavors, like mint and coconut. It's sugary sweet (not fruity sweet,) but not overly sweet; the creaminess also helps balance out thesweet. They put a ton of pistachios in the ice cream, so you can easily get a pistachio in every bite, and it definitely adds to.
