It was flavorful but didn't overpower the tender, delicate butter lettuce leaves. Grated parmesan is always an excellent salad addition in my book. This salad kit did need salt and pepper. This Butter Lettuce and Radicchio is one of my favorite products at Trader Joe's. I love changing up my greens selection periodically just to keep things fresh, no pun intended.
