How do you make simple poppies? Making simple poppies is easy with a few supplies and a couple of steps. First, you'll need two pieces of red felt, some wire, and glue. Cut out a small circle of the first piece, and sew it onto the second piece along its edges - this will become the base of your poppy.

STEP 1: Get your supplies ready. Before beginning this poppy craft you need to get all your supplies ready. You will need to cut the potato that you will be printing with in half lengthways. (I like to cut a handle into the top of the potato to stop the potato slipping when printing.)
