A: Bosom Buddies wear a hat and bra to match their costume theme, which matches the Krewe's theme for that year, a wig and tutu. All accessories are determined by the member. The Breast Friends wear a white lab coat that can be decorated to match the theme. Hats, t-shirts and accessories to match are encouraged.
