LIIFT4 Workout Calendar. LIIFT 4 calendar combines strength and high-intensity interval training (HIIT). The programme calendar is for 8 weeks and you'll be working out for 4 days a week for 30-40 minutes a day. The first 6 weeks of the calendars workouts run for 30 minutes and focus on building lean muscle, with some in HIIT.
